How Julie's 30 Day Challenge Works  - (see video!)
Empower your life, be happier, win prizes!

1) 'Like' the 30 Day Happy Life Challenge Facebook page to indicate you are committing to the 30 Day Happy Life Challenge.

2) Download the Happy Life App to your iphone. (search the app store!)

3.) Open the Happy Life App each day, for 30 Days and select one inspiration, dare, coaching or relaxation technique to focus each day. 

4.) Keep an 'Adventure log' of each inspiration, dare, coaching or relaxation topic that you try out/learn each day in a blog*.  Update this log so you have a running list of what you have accomplished!

5.) Post photos of your daily adventures, and a link to your blog on your Facebook page and the 30 Day Happy Life Challenge Facebook page on a regular basis!

6.) When you have completed your 30 Days of Adventures - post a link to your blog with the 30 days of activities listed on the 30 Day Happy Life Facebook page. Begin your posting with, 'I DID IT!' or something fun that encourages others to share in your excitement!

7.) Once you post your 'victory shout' to this page, you will be placed in a drawing for ongoing prizes, gift cards!

8.) Here's to your GREAT ADVENTURE! Here's to your 30 Day Happy Life Challenge!
