Runs 90 minutes and is broken down into 2 workout segments, a warm up and a cool down. Whether you only have 20 minutes to grab a quick workout, or want to totally fatigue out that core with a full hour of totally tough stuff - this workout will deliver!

Uses a combination of Pilates, Yoga and sport-based movements to keep the routine fun and unlike anything you have done before! By using Core Results, you will:
- Develop a strong and lean 'powerhouse' including the: transversus abdominis, rectus abdominis, internal and external obliques and intercostal rib muscles
- Help to prevent back injury by increasing strength and stablization of the back, shoulders, and neck Increase flexibility in the core, hip flexor, back, and hamstrings
- Burn fat & calories by staying within the fat burning zones throughout the entire workout
- Streamline the body and develop long, lean muscles by placing constant resistance on a muscle over time Increase endorphins (your body's own ability to fight stress) and finish with more energy than you started with by tapping into your aerobic system (movement with the use of oxygen)
- Core Results comes with a Theraband ($8.95 retail value). The Theraband is the only equipment needed for the workout. Optional equipment (but not necessary) include a Pilates ring and a set of light weights.
