Happy New Year!
Did you know that 70% of New Year's Resolutions pertain to health and wellness, with over 50% being focused on loosing weight? Did you also know that by February 15th, over 50% of New Year's Resolutions have been given up on?
So, how can you beat this and stay strong and focused in the New Year?
You must believe in why you want to reach your goals, and enjoy the journey along the way! It isn't about reaching a number - it is about learning to enjoy your life more! So, I challenge you - enjoy your goals, learn all you can, be curious, make yourself accountable and above all - remember that you are an incredible you, just as you are.
