   Meet the Stars of 'Core Results'

 



 

 

 Julie

Julie has a Master of Arts degree in Exercise Physiology from The Ohio State University and has taught group fitness for over 15 years.  Julie was just selected by FITNESS Magazine as one of their 10 'Champions of Health and Fitness for 2010'.

She currently leads the US Wellness team for an international business consulting company, presents fitness techniques at national fitness conferences, is a Master Instructor at LIfe Time Fitness and is a National 5 Star Presenter for Rob Glick and Kimberly Spreen's newly developed program.  Julie also started her own motivational clothing line and daily video challenge and is a speaker for the American Heart Assocation.

In addition, Julie volunteers for Make-A-Wish and is a Big Sister in the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. Julie's greatest passion is inspire others to enjoy life and be the best version of themselves each day.

  

   

 

 

 

Aric

 
 
 
Aric has a Master of Business Administration degree from Ohio University and currently works for the State of Ohio. He loves a variety of sports and works out 4-5 days a week. Aric played collegiate tennis and currently plays in a tennis league. His fitness routine typically includes weights, cardio, and core work. He enjoys working out with others and likes to push his workout partners to new limits.

 

 

 

Marcella

 

Marcella has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and is currently working as a Master Aesthetician in a high-end salon. With her background in health and beauty she knows the importance of looking and feeling both healthy and physically fit. She takes great care of herself physically by working out 3-4 times a week. Marcella has seen positive changes in her body and her overall well-being as a result of her fitness regimin. She loves to share what she has learned with her clients and provides them with tools to looking good and feeling better.

 

 

 

Trupti

 

 

Trupti is a Health care professional, who enjoys working out 3-4 times per week. She notes tremendous changes in her body, specifically in strength and tone. She stresses the importance of exercise on the physical and mental well being and has adapted a regular fitness routine.

 

 

 
Evonne 

 
Evonne obtained her Masters of Business Adminstration and has a bachelor degree in Mathematics. She currently works for mortgage company and recognizes the benefits of a fitness routine in a high stress work environment. Evonne has been involved in exercise in one form or another most of her life including downhill skiing, dance and working out on a regular basis. She coached a high school dance team for a number of years; receiving numerous first place finishes at international competition in Nagoya, Japan. Evonne shares her enthusiasm for this type of workout with everyone, believing a strong core leads to improved health through stabilization, better posture and increased strength.
