About
Dr. Jules
Dr. Julie Wilkes is a global leader in organizational psychology, employee experience, and well-being strategy with over 27 years at Accenture. She pioneered the first enterprise-wide well-being roles in 2005 and designed holistic strategies for more than 75,000 employees — building integrated ecosystems that empowered people to personalize their well-being through flexible work, mental health support, and health incentives. In 2013 she scaled these concepts globally, reaching over 750,000 employees and their families across 140+ countries while training more than 100 well-being leaders worldwide.
A motivational speaker for over 25 years, Julie has taken the stage at the White House, Google, two TEDx Talks, the Tower of London, NFL arenas, MLB stadiums, and hundreds of global conferences. Her talks on resilience, burnout, stress, mental health, and the future of the workplace blend science, storytelling, and practical tools — grounded in her belief that well-being is a daily choice that can be fun, connective, and truly life-changing.
Julie has collaborated with Stanford University to translate stress and resilience research into scalable programs, and has developed initiatives in burnout prevention, high-performance stress management, and suicide prevention. She also created a transformative 10-week coaching program for incarcerated individuals integrating yoga, journaling, and guided discussion, and works with corrections leaders to manage stress in one of the most demanding professional environments.
She holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology, a Master's in Human Performance, and a Bachelor's in International Business. Dr. Wilkes is known for bridging science, strategy, and human-centered design to create environments where people — and businesses — can truly thrive.
